Description of the Award

All-round business excellence will be the prerequisite for this year's KPMG Company of the Year. As a market leader demonstrating excellence in products and services and a dynamic approach to quality and innovation, Dorset's top company will have a winning track record of continuing growth through identifying opportunities and exploiting new markets. Strong financial performance and a clear business strategy are important. A contribution to the local community and environment will further prove the company's commitment to the Dorset economy.

Prize

This year’s winner of KPMG Company of the Year Award will win 6 months complimentary membership of The Academy for Chief Executives in Southampton. Ambitious leaders enjoy mixing and learning from their peers to develop themselves and their companies even further. The best leaders that are inspired by working with leaders that always want to do better!

The Academy for Chief Executives recognises the importance of business leaders being inspired, energised, replenished and refreshed. It offers private workshops with leading business experts each month followed by a forum of your peers to resolve your pressing issues in a totally confidential environment. ‘One-to-one’ coaching between these monthly meetings provides further input to you as a leader.
