Entry criteria/eligibility

• To enter this award category your business needs to employ 250 people or less and should not be classed as a Social Enterprise.

• All entries must be electronic and supporting information is not permitted.

• This form contains 10 questions. Please ensure that you answer all questions. Any entries not meeting the below guidelines or criteria will be eliminated at the next round.

The winner of this award will be able to give details of specific objectives/initiatives undertaken which impact on the local community, particularly those that involve employee engagement and the impact these have had on the local community, business performance, employees, customers, suppliers.
