Best Management Team
A word from the SponsorsAt Lester Aldridge, we provide a straight forward approach to our legal services provision. Clients of Lester Aldridge rely on our knowledge and experience to give them the advice which has made Lester Aldridge one of the fastest growing law firms in the region. Underpinning this growth has been the recruitment of outstanding lawyers, who complement our existing teams and are expanding our niche practice areas. Our lawyers take a commercial approach to deliver practical solutions, offering our clients cost-effective legal solutions through working in partnership with them and understanding the critical aspects of their business. Lester Aldridge was named one of the Sunday Times '100 Best Companies to work' two years running (2004 & 2005) - an award which reinforces our belief that if we invest in the right staff, we can provide the highest level of service to our clients. Description of the Award from sponsorsLester Aldridge is sponsoring the Lester Aldridge Best Management Team for the second year after many years sponsoring the Business Person of the Year. The teams ranged in both size and dynamics but all demonstrated cohesion and exemplary team work performance. Last year's entrants achieved enviable successes – some changing the dynamics of their business and others offering resilience in a competitive market place.
