Eligibility
The Hays PA of the Year Award is open to any PA or Executive Assistant, with at least three years experience within the Industry who is employed by a company with a BH/DT postcode or who are based in Dorset.
The Company should nominate and enter the Award on behalf of the PA or Executive Assistant.

Entry criteria
In addition to all the professional requirements, high level and aspiring PA must have excellent communication skills, be diplomatic under fire, maintain a high degree of professionalism at all times, and above all be able to deliver results – today’s successful PA is a real asset to any organisation!

For paper based entries please download the Hays PA of the Year Award Entry Form. Please send your completed entry form and accompanying documentation Recorded Delivery to the person named on the entry form.

Additional supporting evidence photographs, press cuttings and endorsements may be included for your entry.
Judging Process
All information will be treated confidentially and will only be circulated amongst the judges.
Closing date for entries is Friday 14th September 2012. Please note this date is final and will not be extended.
Shortlisted entrants will be invited to give a short presentation to judges after the closing date and/or may receive visit from the judges.
Finalists will be invited to attend the following two events as a guest of their Sponsor:
The Meet the Finalists and Sponsors event at 6.00pm-8.00pm on Monday 19th November 2012 (venue to be decided)
The Dorset Business Awards Gala Dinner at 7pm on Thursday 29th November 2012 at the Lighthouse in Poole as a guest of their Sponsor.
