Excellence in Customer/Client Care Award
Description of the Award
This Award will recognise the business that can demonstrate across its practices its commitment to providing the very highest level of customer/ client care and in doing so be described as truly customer/ client focused.
Entry Criteria/Eligibility
We welcome entries from any Dorset based business with up to 250 employees who are not multinationals or internationals. The Award is not restricted to any industry or sector and businesses can nominate themselves or be nominated by customers, clients or suppliers.
The judges will be looking for entrants who have listened and responded to customers'/ clients' needs in order to gain a thorough understanding of their customer / client base.
They will also be judged on the initiatives they have put in place to integrate customer / client care in to all aspects of the business - this will undoubtedly include staff training, communication and management.

Judging
The judges will expect to see documents to support your entry, in particular client survey or feedback forms and any internal written policy. You may wish to support your entry by giving details of testimonials from your customers / clients. The judges may wish to contact any such customers / clients as part of their decision making.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to give a short presentation to a judging panel in late September / early October 2008.
